Japan braces for powerful typhoon

Japan's government is warning people to leave high-risk areas as a powerful storm approaches. Typhoon Hagibis is expected to hit Japan's east coast, including the Tokyo area. CBS News foreign correspondent Lucy Craft has the latest from Tokyo.
