For the play test: how wild would it be that they’re testing DS functionality? The switch screen is roughly double the size of one screen- what if they intend to remove a joy con and turn the switch sideways and use the display vertically for the two Ds screens. Not sure the stress that puts on the joy con but I can’t think of any other reason other than online testing.

There is a reason to test GameCube and Wii because both consoles have games that you can play online and to do that they need a server. A server needs to be tested and to do that you need to test it with a load to make sure that the server doesn't crash. This also allows the option to transfer everything over to the next gen console.

You don't need a signature to accept the terms when you click download, or some other thing you will or have to clicked on will be your acknowledgement of the terms.

I imagine if someone is going to leak info it would be safer not to use any screenshots, as they could have some form of identifying mark tucked away.
