Candle flicker from 3W RGB LEDs

Happy Halloween. Showcasing a 2 x 3W LED board driven by ATtiny461A. The unit runs off of 10-15volts. There is a LM317 that regulates the voltage down to about 9.2 volts. This allows for me to use lower wattage LED resistors, since they do not need to drop as many volts.

Before you criticize, realize that this unit was not built for the intent of just using it for a candle flicker, as I would have just purchased one from the store. It can be used for mulitiple purposes, and the left and right LED are independent of each other.
