I am 100% about horses being out 24/7/365 unless they have an injury that they specifically need to be on stall rest.

Hey Laura you have the perfect set up for horses being out all year round. With the correct management there is no reason why they can't live out full time. My horse is 18 and has lived out his whole life. Things have become more difficult recently as he has had a bout of laminitis, however he is definitely happier living out.

Look up any recent study done on horses and stalling and you will find it is actually terrible for their mental and physical health. Do you own research. You have the right idea though..

I say it depends on the horse as to if they should be kept in stalls or not. I work with reining horses who are worth $250, 000 or more so obviously we keep them stalled. We turn out the two year olds but our show horses don’t go out unless they have their legs wrapped and they only get turned out in the round pen. We call it bubble wrapping them. They do get out to ride or lunge 5-6 days a week so it’s not like they aren’t getting out. My horse on the other hand is a $25 mustang so she is used to living outside and isn’t worth the same monetary wise.

i much prefer horses out 24/7 or atleast just about. if the weather is TERRIBLE then they can come in for the night but otherwise just let them grow out their thick winter coat then use blankets if needed.

When it comes to stalling a horse I think it depends on the individual horse and circumstances. When I first got my minis ten years ago they were stalled durning the night because we have trees and coyotes around us so it was for their safety. Since we got Solo it now fully depends on weather and how cold it gets during the winter. This summer we did to help give my minis a break from wearing a grazing muzzle and away from the heat and bugs. But we do try to keep them out as much as possible.

I learned how to embroidery from my great grandma. We embroidery table cloths, pillow cases, dish towels, and make pictures and frame them.

Laura, I have the exact same pool. I use wash up liquid (amazing stuff lol) and scrub the pool with a scrub brush and it comes up great. It does get little holes in at the creases more but I have puncture patches which work wonders especially with critters who like to dig out the water with their feet!

Morning all from coventry UK , Lora may be write down, on your white bord . This may helpful , as the girl's going back to school .sometime's I MAKE a weekly planner to help me out . Whe my freinds and I had horses we made a router . The horses went OUT for about half a day at a time . Hopefully this will help you OUT. I'm torking from experience as I'm am ex-eventing groom.
