How is it that everyone who reported on this story missed that TWO girls got hit! One gets her head slammed onto the stage by his right leg, and the other gets kicked and pretty much stepped on by his left foot. Like it's so clearly 2 people.

I can see how she would be suffering early stages of brain damage; her head hit that stage HARD while her neck took a swing, too. It is a big deal for your brain/mentality to be fine one minute and the next it's not the same. It's not like a sprained ankle. It's your brain! I can see why she is suing. Thanks to that, her mind may not be the same. I know he didn't do it intentionally, but it is still messed up AND they didn't rush her to the hospital! They gave her an ice pack...for her ELBOW??!!

I don't know about brain damage but she did get hurt. So Miguel just pay the medical bill and be done with it. It was an accident and let that be a lesson in performing live!
