Pretty sad that my Apple Watch Series 5 is not getting this update. I am considering getting the Series 9 but kind of want to wait to see what the 10/X has in store as we are only a few months away from those being revealed.

The coolest thing about it is that Double Tap on the Series 9 and the Ultra 2 can now be used in more places, and it has nice effects too instead of the old circular Double tap icon appearing on the upper edge of the screen when you activate it

Being able to adjust your activity rings by the day and pausing then when you need to should have been something we always had. That was frustrating being in the hospital last year and not being able to get out of bed and my watch kept wanting me to stand and I couldn’t.

Disappointed that we still can not customize the Fitness Rings to reflect the fitness goals important to us. The red 'Move' ring and green 'Exercise' ring are immaterial to me. I want to set the red ring to 'Steps' and the green ring to 'Miles'. With just a glance I could see my day's progress towards my goals. Currently, I have to scroll deeper into the Fitness app to get that information. Thanks for all your videos. I depend on your knowledge and experience to know if I should update and what news features are available.

I REALLY wish they would allow complications on the photos app or other apps that are similar. I usually love them but want my messages icon on there, weather etc....great video

notifications have changed. they now progressively show the app icon, then title, then first line of content, then go to the normal view where you can see the whole notification

So nice to have a list of decent watch specific tones for calls/message/mail and default notifications like the iPhone..
Gotta say I’m really impressed with the stability on both watch and phone, no regrets at all with iOS18 or watchOS11 betas..
P.S - nice to ditch the torch and camera off the Lock Screen and replace it with…. Anything!
