My absolute must emphasize points are 1) your number one job is offside. If you miss an out of bounds it's not the end of the world but we don't want any goals scored from an offside position.

2)it's really important that we get in a good position so pay close attention to staying tight to the 2nd to last defender and then follow the ball all the way to the goal line.

It seems so simple but I'm constantly shocked out how these two points are often missed by ARs when I am centering.

You say that you are a “ team “, if this is the case why don’t you enter the field together as a team? You & the other AR start walking toward the field while the other AR is still getting changed. Very unprofessional
