That is epic. But you need a Pablo Elise lamp. One of the best cable management tricks is to bundle them up with tie bands or zip ties, then hide them behind or under shelves/desks. I remember buying that exact 27” Sony TV in 1998 brand new when the Dreamcast came out.

Absolutely amazing collection! For your TV stand, you should put some sort of memorabilia in the empty spaces and cover the back to hide the wires.

I also really like the Game Gear. Never had one as a kid. I think the ones with the new IPS screens are lighter on the batteries. But I use a recapped power back battery pack that works great.

As more consoles come out, do you inevitably see yourself downsizing some of your collection? If so what systems do you think you would purge first?

A great collection. Personally not a complete game collector myself as theres many games I refuse to purchase let alone acknowledge. Mostly Disney, Cartoon Network, and Nickeloden stuff. I always enjoy the setups and shelves that people use. Definitely inspires me to get an awesome setup for my stuff someday.
