What is the cost of a Facebook lead and conversion?

Long answer: It depends on your funnel. Not the subscription, but your actual funnel.

Short answer? Between $2 and $11. Higher earlier on and cheaper after a few weeks. FHB leads are usually around $5 and Refi leads hover around $11.

Average lead cost for the last 100k leads to pass through Yabber is around $7.40, but if we excluded higher performering brokers it'll be higher.

Video ads convert around 450% higher than image ads but cost approximately 20% more to run. Don't run image ads - they're far less effective. Keep in mind that video ads obviously requires more effort.

Conversions once your ads have settled are less than $100 (averages are far lower for great content).

If your website isn't set up to support a funnel, do so before assigning your social budget. You'll improve conversions in a seriously significant way.

FB is a big topic and there's a lot to unwrap. We'll come back to the topic, and we'll also share details on our failures (two in particular, one in QLD and one in Sydney).

One last thing: don't buy leads - it's just a stupid thing to do.
