How to change the settings on Viper 3121V.

After hooking up all the relevant wires, the yellow wire must be on a 12V Key on ONLY power source. Ounce this is done, these steps can be made to change the setting.

I recently installed one of these but the arm and disarm buttons do nothing seems the only function that works is the panic alarm not sure what I did wrong
My led also doesn’t blink

Thank you for posting this - Question I have is do you think its possible to program the alarm if you don't have it hooked up to an ignition? I'm installing mine in a fishing boat with no ignition(out board motor) tiller drive. I'm using just the +(red) wire from the module and connected it to the positive pole on a the 12volt trolling battery. For the siren +(red wire from the siren to the brown wire on the module, then the black wire from the siren to a ground. Alarm works but I'm not sure how to get in program mode without the yellow wire going to ignition since I don't have one.
