A bit dangerous to not mention that the high makes you delirious. Not in a psychedelic kind of way, more like a schizophrenic kind of way and its one of the easiest substances to severely harm yourself on. It also does not feel good, at all.

For the record, 2 teaspoons is a threshild dose. You wont start 'tripping' until atleast 3 times that amount. Plus nutmeg high is super short lasting

I did it when I was a kid, it feels like crap. Trust me, it works, but there's a reason it never really caught on. Stick with mushrooms if you wanna trip.

When I first heard about this like 20 years ago I bought some nutmeg and mixed 2 tbsp in a little water and drank it. Nothing happened for a few hours and I went to bed. The next morning when I woke up I felt so stoned like I smoked several blunts and the high lasted most of the day. The taste will gag you so if you try it I recommend getting a gel capsule maker and filling pills up with nutmeg to injest them easier.
