Ingredients
1 x 250g packet of Choc Ripple Biscuits (if you can't eat chocolate, use Butternut Snap Biscuits)
1 x 500g Cocobella Natural Yoghurt (dairy free) or Yoghurt of your choice or Beaten Whipped Cream
2 x Crushed Choc Ripple Biscuits to sprinkle over the top
Method
Place a thick layer of Yoghurt or Cream on bottom of container that can be sealed with a lid.
Place a layer of Choc Ripple Biscuits over the top of the Yoghurt or Cream.
Place another layer of Yoghurt or Cream over the top of the biscuits.
Sprinkle crushed Choc Ripple Biscuits over the top of Yoghurt or Cream.
Place the lid on and refrigerate overnight.
Devour the next day!
