Lawn Boy Lawn Mower Trash Or Treasure will it run

Today I am showing you a new addition to my trash or treasure series. I was down at the recycle center to pick up some mulch and this mower was sitting on the side. It's a Lawn Boy with a Tecumseh 195 cc it is a 4 cycle. Let's see how I get it to run.

Joe, although taking the carb off is the proper way to clean it thoroughly, you can tip the whole machine and drop the bowl without removing the whole carb.
I have found 9 times out of 10 the emulsion tube on these is the issue. Spay directly up the jet whole and the carb cleaner does the job... But again to thoroughly clean it, your way is the way. Thanks for the good content. Be well my friend.
