Logitech G403 Scroll Wheel Issue, Got A G703 As Replacement! | Logitech G703 Unboxing

So the G403 mouse I got almost a year back has started having issues with the scroll wheel not scrolling properly, its basically unusable for web browsing or anything that requires the scroll wheel now. So I contacted Logitech for an RMA process and they upgraded me to the G703 instead! Let's take a look! Also, if you're having the same scroll wheel issues as me on your Logitech mouse, go and contact them as its covered under warranty.

I'm having left click issues in my G403 so I'm crossing fingers... Btw this is my second G403 they've already send me a replacement a month ago and started having issues wtf I'm really unlucky

try use contact cleaner. i have G602 and my scroll wheel click was, ,fucked up, , . it didnt recognize every middle click but i ´´sprayed´´ little bit of contact cleaner in there. then i started clicking and scrolling to help it clean in there and it is working again.

I heard they had fixed this design flaw. either you bought it from a really old batch or you bought it and just started using it recently.
You're courageous to buy the "same" mouse but wireless if the one you had has a inherit design defect.

All G series has this stupid issue, i've replaced every series of their mouses and i'm on G703 atm and it started doing this last week. 8 months into using it. DON'T BUY LOGITECH MOUSES untill they fix it.

I have had two 703s in less then 20 days, Both of the scroll wheels have totally failed. one would scroll backwards, and the other snapped and sits crooked and barely spins.

I had 3 g403;s then they offered a g603, I took it and tbh I like the added battery life and the weight physical batteries add. dislike the molded buttons though rather than the separate buttons on 403/703
