im working in a BPO as Supervisor and i had this opportunity to attend the DEI Training (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). the proper way is to ask the person how to "address" them properly, is it HE, SHE, THEY, THEM. im also part of the community and i don't mind if people called me MA'M, but some of the people address me SIR. it's no big deal for me as long as they respect me as a person, as a human, and what i am physically

We have so many struggles as women. We go through a lot of changes. Kahit sa pagkabata Minsan hindi kami ligtas sa mga manyakis. We get our monthly periods that’s sometimes painful. We carry babies for 9 months, and some women die giving birth. Some of us will have uterine problems, endometriosis, adenomyoma to name the few. It also took us a while to fight for our rights to vote, to work, to play sports, to speak and stand up for ourselves. Some of our women during war were comfort women, and we all know what they went through..Napakadaming pinagdaanan ng mga kababaihan, walang siyensiya o surgery ang pwede mong gawin for you to deserve to be called a woman. I respect every gender, but to insist that you’re a woman when we all know you are not, that’s not fair. You can be whoever you want, but don’t push that narrative on us.

Sa akin, alam po namin na 2 kasarian lang ang nilikha ng Diyos kaya sana wag masamain kung tawagin ka base sa gender mo lalo pag nasa opisina.Yung client na ang nagko correct, " babae po ako". That's the time na tinatawag ayon sa sinabi .In fairness, sa dami ng kasama ko sa work na B&T, yang nagpatayo pa lang ang may attitude na ganyan.Dapat yung may ari ng resto bakit pumayag na pinatayo ng 2 hours kung totoo yan.Bawal yan sa Labor laws.Basta Love you all always.You always make my day sa dami ng tawa ko tuwing napapanood ko kayo.God bless you and your show
