Do you know why the form fields won't populate when the flow is triggered? I used the dynamic content from a sharepoint list that should fill in the fields from on my form. However, only some of the fields are filled in after the flow is triggered. All of the items on my sharepoint list are text fields.

If you want to rename the field in the template, double click on the field and you will see a property list where you can edit the field name.

Hi Laura, when I try to create any action from Adobe Sign, I click in Sign In, then Iog in in the pop up new window, with the user that I created previously (I am still in the trial period). When I am inside this window, what should I do to continue to create the next steps of the flow?

I've recently just gotten Adobe sign and am at a roadblock and it's probably the simplest thing but it's driving me crazy.


Right now I have the Adobe Sign integration so that users can select a SharePoint List item with their data and the "Send for Signature" option is in the ribbon. I used the "Template Mapping" in Adobe (SP -> Agreement) to auto-populate the fields in the Agreement. The users aren't uploading anything and will be picking from a template that is already there in Adobe with {{text tags}}. Everything works fine there, one of the fields that auto-fills is a File Number.


The issue I'm having now is how do I get that same File Number metadata back into SharePoint after it has been signed and the PDF is created? The PDF comes back to the folder but with no metadata associated.


I've been looking through the flow connector options and can't seem to figure out how to match the PDF Signed Agreement with the SP list metadata that was used to create it.

Hi Laura, thank you for the detailed tutorial. However I am facing few issues while sending documents out for e-signatures from Power Automate. Main issue is that I am not getting an email notification also the file received does not have a Signature field to sign. I saw that Signature field gets automatically added usually, but does not happen in my case.

But I did the entire thing via Adobe Sign website directly and it was working fine. Only when I recreate the same with Power Automate, issues pop up.

Hi Laura,
I tried to sign up for your group in slack but I havent received an notification. Not in the regular mail box nor in the junk. My question is: Is there a way to get multiple signatures from one recipient on a document without configuring the document and adressing each field to the recipient? Something like *Let the recipient sign whereever he wants and let him put as much signatures as he wants on the document*? (I received the notification with a delay of a couple of minutes)
