I made this as individual 8" pizzas for dinner tonight for my husband and myself. I used 2 white tortillas and 1 tomato and basil tortilla that I had leftover. I added 1 sweet Italian and 1 Chorizo sausage, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. So good. I will be making them for us again. I love trying new things here in Saint John, NB, Canada

Raising my three kids on a shoestring budget I use to buy a can of pizza sauce cheese and pepperoni. Everyone could have their own pizza as I would put the sauce on a single tortilla and kids helped make their own. I grew onions and peppers so we had those on hand. Pop them in the oven on cookie sheets (2 per sheet) My kids are grown and still do this because they love the thin crust. Now that I’m doing 1 month keto / 1 month carnivore I do this on my keto month but I make my own sauce because of the sugar in store bought sauce.

You are on to something good!! This is delicious!!! It taste just like pizza. I added extra cheese and olives. I substituted sun-dried tomatoes for regular tomatoes. DELICIOUS!!!! Thank you!
