Preparing for an ACCA professional exam in 6 weeks - Is it possible?

December 2019 ACCA results are out and some of you have asked me if it was possible to study for an ACCA exam in 6 weeks and get ready for March 2020 exams. After getting the unexpected good news that I passed SBR in October 14th all I had was 6 weeks to study for Advanced Audit and Assurance (AAA). I self-studied for AAA mainly because I was too late to join classes and was able to pass at first attempt. I could definitely study more and I don't say 6 weeks is enough to cover everything but you can still pass. I mainly used ACCA free resources & open tuition.

Omg, today I also got a surprise of passing sbr when i wasn't very sure of it... That means i am left with only 6 weeks for AAA... Very inspiring Zeynep, I think I would also manage in this short time... Thanks 👍

Hi Zeynep. It's really fabulous that you decided to share your experience and crucial tips over passing the Professional papers. I have got the exemptions for 9 papers too and will be taking my first professional paper in Sept 2020. I was a bit demotivated as every time I tried to work on a question for SBL I had no idea as to what to write. But I assume I will just have to keep trying and then look into answers and improve. I just have a quick question. Would you suggest I complete the EPSM before writing my exam? If so how long would it take to complete it? Thank you and congrats :)

Hi, I came to check if you had a preparation video on sbl and I just thought to drop a message and say thank you… i had just 3 weeks and some days to prepare for AAA in March 2021 and I was panicking big time… this video helped me have direction and I followed your tips and passed my exams. Hi Zeynep excellent video. I am thinking of doing Advanced Audit and assurance soon. But my audit experience is seriously lacking. I got the exemption for audit at degree level so don't know much. Should I relearn the foundation audit stuff first and then sit the exam?

Geçen hafta Almanca bilen ACCA Belgeli Mali Müşavir arayışında olan birileri ile karşılaştım.Daha önce de bu belgeyi almayı düşündüm ve fakat bu kadar çile ve bedel ödedikten sonra acaba bir getirisi olur mu sorusuna cevap bulamadım. Yaşım 50 ye merdiven dayamışken bu belge için zaman ve bedel ödeyip almam bana portföy/iş kazandırır mı? Örneğin Avrupadaki meslek mensupları Türkiye'den ACCA Belgeli dil bilen meslek mensuplarına ihtiyacı var mı? Teşekkürler, saygılar.

I had a whole month, 24 hours, and still managed to fail SBR and AAA. How was your working plan? How did you divide your 6 weeks time while working, watching video, do past papers, read articles? How many hours did you spent to study per day? Give me your tips! 😭🙏🏼 (i dont think ill be allowed any study leaves if ill sit for march papers)
