I was deeply hurt by a friend last two years and was battling with thoughts, anger, and pains of what he did to me. I came across one of the Joyce books titled "Reduce Me to Love" in my aunty's house.

I picked the book, and it looks a bit funny, but I was moved to open it, so I dive into reading the book. A lot was cleared off in my head and mind.

Dear God, take me out of the pit into the palace. Help me let go of the depression, self condemnation, humilition, hurt, anger, frustration, resntment and hate towards my first love that led to me being sad and hating who i am . Im in a desperate need a divine intervention for my self esteem that has been broken. I believe God has a purpose for me BUT i need help from God to fight my mental and emotional battle🙏🙌Im tired of having the devil breaks me down through my ex husband. i'm ready to come out and love whole heardtely🙏🙌Lord heal me though Your forgivenness and help me forgive meself🙏But most of all i need help getting out of this pit of depressing quickly for the sake of my sanity🙌

Today again I have experienced the healing power of God but it came with a firm reminder that I need to stop feeling pity for myself and comparing myself because the enemy loves it when I'm at that place but God wants me to live a powerful life that scares off the demons of hell!!! And It starts when I believe deep in my heart that God loves me as Romans 8 says, it's not about what I do or don't do. Jesus died so that I could live a whole life it's time to step up and out and be tenacious about living for Christ and that I will love like Christ❤️. I can't let my thoughts&emotions control me, I have power over them through the blood of Jesus🔥 and thus I can focus my thoughts on the things above.

I just pray to God to give me strength because there are times when I feel weak, especially when every problem comes simultaneously. It's really disabling when you're hopeless when everything seemed impossible. Health failing, no money, and no job. It's weakening and tiring 😢 I'm not being passive but everytime I find ways the situations doesn't seem to cooperate.
