So true. I work in a call centre, one of the most stressful jobs. We get a group of new people, half the young people are gone not long after training, another quarter are gone after six months. Some never been disciplined in their life and facing failure and rules for the first time. I had a young person tell me off for telling him not to have his phone on the floor which is a security/privacy breach on the floor. I had to report him due to a contract can be revoked if the client sees it and lose the jobs of hundreds of people.
