The monster world and the human world are separate. The Wubbox couldn’t have randomly came across the monsters in the human world. The Wubbox was created by Galvana and was said to have been underground and hidden to one day maybe be a backup generator. The Wubbox was found by the monsters, in which the monsters powered up the Wubbox.
