Language Challenge: Learning Bulgarian in Three Hours.

I am in Sofia, Bulgaria and today im going to be attempting to learn the Bulgarian language in three hours. I will be practicing it in the streets of Bulgaria, breakfast is dependent on my language skills, will i be able to eat?

Nelson Mandela said, "If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart." my reasoning behind this challenge is that if im in their country I should at least attempt to speak the bare mínimum as a form of respect. me learning their language is mee trying to trying to appreciate and bring awareness to their beautiful culture and language. Hopefully you learn and get inspired!

I’m from Germany and my boyfriend is Bulgarian, I’ve been studying for 9 months and I can nearly understand anything
I love learning languages and I definitely want to learn some more Slavic languages

I studied for 30 mins, and I am fluent in Bulgarian. After I gave my 1 television interview I was asked to anchor on bTV news. Plus, I can play a double High-C on trumpet after my 1st 5 mins with the horn. Why do other people struggle with these simple things?
