Tom Cruise, the ONLY actor who makes movies that truly entertains us film-goers, from Risky Business to Rain Main to A Few Good Men to Top Gun to The Last Samurai to Mission Impossible to Too Gun: Maverick yet doesn’t get honored by the Oscars. I would’ve thought those flight sequences in Maverick would’ve gotten at least some technical category Academy Award!
