Let me be the first to say. I love this product. I’m also almost 100% sure it has already or is going to burn peoples houses down. Because the water in the basin runs out In just a few moments of “steaming “ then it legit smells like it’s about to catch on fire. There’s no way it will last even 5 minutes much less 30 or 45 minutes so all that time is just steamer plate burning it’s up. I’m not sure if the designer was completely inept or an intentional arson.

good morning why does my chicco sterlizer and dryer doesnt produce smoke on the upper part and it doesnt look like there is sterlization or drying going on inside theres no moist inside ? am I using it correctly or what ? thank you

One question, the first 5 times of use, we brought the water to Full, and it will last for 2 uses. However, lately we noticed that with each use it consumes all the water and we have to refill it. that is normal?
