Wow. Troy I would like to share how last week my son and I were eating chicken I cooked for dinner that we bought from target 🎯 and while eating it’s like we both looked at each other like, what if this was fake meat? Then just Saturday morning, I noticed both my sons had horrible reactions from Papa Johns the night before while eating with their father at his home. Then last night I ordered Pizza Hut, through Uber eats, and about 4 delivery people rejected my order before Uber eats completely cancelled it. I told my children, hey sorry they cancelled the meal. Just make a sandwich for yourself and we’ll reorder tomorrow. I believe this message is a confirmation that we in need to disengage from food delivery services going forward and be mindful of what and where we are getting our food( our meat). And also that no, it is not Pleasing to God and confirmation the enemy is involved with our food supply and we can’t be lazy in the kitchen for our children and household!

Wow, tears stream down my face as i hear the truth the holy spirit is speaking through you. The truth you speak is a blessing of joy to my heart. Some people think that living for the most high will bind you up from being free in rules and regulations but when you submit to him daily his spirit does a mighty work of love in your heart. If you surrender he will lead you into peace and true supernatural freedom. It's not just something you believe by reading, he transforms you deep in your heart and you will never be the same again. that's why I work 3 jobs to hang onto my farmland. Our food is all sacrificed to idols. And when we know the truth it will gag us. Just pray over every bite and ask him to make the bad foods taste bad to you.

This made me think of Breyer's ice cream. Some of their products are now labeled "frozen desserts". I contacted the company and they told me that is because they have substituted oils for dairy fat. I wondered where the wonderful taste went. Their explanation for doing this was that it was "more sustainable, " whatever that means.

Yes I feel guilty just living in this world. Buying food from the evil corporations, etc. but God understands and loves us regardless because of what Christ did.

There is some fast food, as well as frozen foods (generally with high sodium) THAT MAKE
MY BODY FEEL VERY WEIRD & “OFF” for a few days after I eat it. (And I don’t want to waste days of my life feeling “off” — !)
I use this as a guideline to mostly avoid those places — just my body “speaking” to me.
As we age, generally it takes our bodies longer to “throw off” the chemicals and what-not that are in much of our food.
What I say here is not meant to be legalistic, but rather we just want to maintain our bodies — the temple of God — in good functioning order.

Anyway — I think that by & large, we do better if we can eat like ALL of the generations, instead of just our same age peers.

When we are a teenager, we can get by with eating soda pop and potato chips more often than older people can because our younger bodies can throw off the bad effects more quickly. It can be deceptive that these foods are “normal” because our same age peers have that same tolerance. Anyway let’s just be aware that soda pop and potato chips are not a normal staple diet, and try to eat other things besides just those. Eating greenery is a good habit to develop.
Again — not meant to be legalistic here, let’s just have common sense, balance, and listen to what our bodies are telling us.

Be very cautious about 10 Commandments. They exist and we can’t keep them without the Holy Spirit helping us and the Perfect Atoning Sacrifice of Jesus Christ that is acceptable to the Father to forgive us.
