The Live Room session was recorded in Studio A at the infamous Ocean Way Recordings (Los Angeles, CA) earlier this year, the same room that artists from The Beach Boys and Frank Sinatra to Whiskeytown, Radiohead, and Tom Petty used before us. Despite the fact that we were coming off of a long break from playing music together (the session was captured before the release of Rivers In the Wasteland and its following tour), we knew that the opportunity to record at Ocean Way was something we would regret passing up. We were a bit nervous because for many of these songs, this was the first time we had played them as a band since recording them. But as we began "making noise" to test the microphones and get sounds, something happened that moved us to take chances with the setlist and the song arrangements that we are so happy we were able to document. Hopefully you can feel the energy of this incredibly special time for us. In retrospect, this session represents a landmark for NEEDTOBREATHE. This is the band getting our mojo back.

Such a rad version. I agree, live set kills the studio release. Then again their that good live. seen em 5 times and I'll go everytime they come to town until they stop touring. Greatness

Studio audio was spot on. So was the video footage for covering the right shots.
Excellent ending to the song.

I'm and an old school rocker from Detroit, redeemed by the blood and now mixing sound and playing rhythm acoustic at Renaissance Vineyard in Michigan. I know good jams and a band finding that sweet spot in the pocket when I see/hear it. Great job boys. Keep up His good work in you.
P.S. Get rid of the light show.
