What is difference between Xampp , Lamp, Mamp and Wamp | NOWDEMY OFFICIAL

WAMP requires .NET and C++ while XAMPP not.

If you have a second desktop computer or compatible laptop with ethernet you can put Ubuntu Server on it and host it that way. Its harder to manage because it has no gui like msdos but u can transfer files using ftp and even remote ssh and control it away from home. There's plenty of guides online. Look it up
