since I am way more in nascar-racing than in formula-racing, what leads to the fact, that I know the regulae of the play-offs ( they don't call it < the chase > anymore... ), I place here my note, that bears, what I will do to provide for some tight conditions:
within the next few days I will place some phone calls at the inbound-center of the staatsanwaltschaft in münster to get the complaint in accordance to § 85, that I am so desperately in need of... ...I unfortunately have to wait then another two weeks approximately to see if I could create that way the motion I want... ...if nothing happens, I will tighten severly at the inception of september the way that I will emerge at the gates of the staatsanwaltschaft adjacent to the gericht to pull of some rampage on the utmost flat level possible in that I will pull off a bit of swearing and mockery in addition to a slap ( ...pulled off not to aggressive... ) or some pushing and bouncing that is a little jerking around... ...stuff like that... ...this though isn't enough still according to the law of the germans to get the complaint for sure, as these offences are under the implication of an < antrag >, that leaves it ad libitum to the one, who is the aggrieved party, to go for the complaint... ...if this again isn't to bring me anywhere further, I will finally - by the ides of september - pull off something that isn't under the implication of an antrag anymore, something like a punch at the nose of someone there at the staatsanwaltschaft, what finally will get me the trial I need desperately to interconnect with my ones qua the media...

A case hwere the soundtrack was actually better than the movie Sountrack was so fitting. Sadly the script was just "Okay". "entertaining --driver from "open wheel racing" wants to drive Nscar....didn't even have to move up the ranks to earn his way to NASCAR....heh...goes up against veterans, beats them....

Another "cookie cutter Tom Cruise film" e.g. lone " is the hero..theone you focus on only...(though here he doesn't "save the day")"...heh..guy can't act. :) Just has THE LOOKS/face :)
