Alex is shown to be unusually strong, such as when he broke the zoo's public telephone, and lifted Melman, Marty and Gloria (a being whose weight is more than enough to break apart a thick concrete wall) all at once almost effortlessly. He also is pretty faster then your normal Lion he caught up with a Safari jeep which can go 120 miles an hour and durability goes to Alex because during the rite of passage when teetsi hit him. Alex got punched back into 3 rocks and he’s also very agile because in that one scene he was dancing and doing backflips and in the 3rd movie he knows how to do trapeze and stamina goes to him as well because he was in Africa he managed to swim and run all the way to Europe
