I don't get why they do this. The DDJ-400 was an entry level controller for people to learn the basics and eventually transition into more professional Pioneer equipment. But how does one transition if one never learns to actually transition??

First of all - This controller does't have yet the support for other Dj Software, shame on them. I like to use VDJ for his SW integration for music streaming. It 2023 and also you can't use it with any tablet or phone. I'm a traveler DJ so, yes usually before buying this gear i used Wego3 with DJay from Algoriddim I think this controller is not yet ready to be released. Cmon, if you are a really good dj, you don't need this filters, I never use filters to mix the songs

Why learn to DJ when you have all the bells and whistles to sound like James Hype without having the talent or experience?
Most professional DJs use one or two FX at most and as subtle as possible, if they use more, theyre probably more a live act than just classic ‘spinning tunes’
Not hating but other than usb-c this is a step backward.
