I dont know how the supply works so i just build 48 railroads and it works

Don't forget about "motorization level". When you click on a general, there is a button in the top right with a horse on it. That means your army uses horses to transport supply. All you have to do is build up a large stockpile of trucks (~1-2k) and then click on the horse to change it to "some trucks" and click it again to change it to "only trucks". This increases supply radius and speed.
