Homes, metal appliances, porcelain toilets gone???? Truck destroyed but trees in background still standing... Palm Springs, California is dry and hot forever. But homes and "wildfires" never out of Phoenix always hot .in summer some nights never get under 100.. that's right overnight is 100 degrees in summer.. cars and homes always withstood the temps .some years days are hotter other years the days are cooler. We had 126 degrees one day..and 2yrs later had monsoon storm flood our home. In Az wildfire season our firefighters love nightfall because the winds died down, no more thermal uprisings=less wind.. not in California 15mph gust in day turns into 80+mph winds at night. Wouldn't hurricane force winds blow out flames or cool embers quicker. Birthday candles blow out not ignite with more wind..I know blowing on campfire kindle excites the flame with oxygen level but you ever blow to hard...it goes out.75 mph is hurricane and tornado speed. What fire lives in tornado.. they don't.
