It's actually a reference to different parts of the movie. The outfit is a reference to the dance contest scene with Cha Cha Gregorio and the line with the background music is a reference towards the end of the movie when Zuko first sees the made over Sandy.

There has been a reference to the original in each episode and have enjoyed seeing each one. This was over the top hilarious and appreciated. Not serious enough to look like it was equating, just enough.

It's where at the end of grease, sandy says the same line, also it sandy had an epic entrance with black and red as so does dot in the same way just different style and background mostly along with the actions she had did
