Can you make this an actual app? Right now it's a Frankenstein style software cobbled into a bunch of parts with Docker being the worst part as I just watched a coder try to get OpenHands working for 2 hours, fast forwarding to each important part of it not working. Also, make it very easy to download LLMs from Hugging Face so we don't have to use 3rd party API, which will encourage people creating their own things without big companies stealing from them.
