Here is a vexing problem for an 81 year older who took college chemistry probably before you were born. I want to make a solution containing three miscible components with different densities and different proportions. For example:
Given:
18 % Liquid A, Density = 0.959g/ml
5% Liquid B, Density = 1.137g/ml
77% Liquid C, Density =0.7913g/ml

Question: How much of each liquid is necessary to yield 3785.41ml?
Although I am interested in the answer, I am more interested in the method.
Thanks,

How come 1 mL=1.45g and then 1 mL=1.25g? I don't understand at all.

Nice but next time can you please make the problem bigger so that it can be seen easily

In nursing we calculate 1g of weight is equal to 1 ml of fluid!

Great Video!
I have a question: in MSDS of chemicals the Density is at 20 (celcuse digreese) g/cm3)
The multiplication is the same?

what if the problem states that the mass is for example 100g/L and the density is 1.33g/mL, , how am i going to solve that?

What do you do if you don't know the density?

If only he made accounting videos too.

Why is it that 1.25 g/ml turns to 1.25 g? Where does the unit ml goes?

The tutor sounds like a teen genius from NY.

What if the density for the solution is g/cm^3? would the formula be the same?

51.03 mL
Solved this in 0.005 seconds 😂
