A lovely duet ("Zwiegesang" in the original language) from the German composer Moritz Moszkowski. This is a romantic piano piece, in contrast to the quick, technical and flashy piano pieces which he is mostly known for. I view it like a classic version of La La Land's "City of Stars" :)
No. 4 from the same series of Fantasy pieces is also very nice to play, so give it a go while you're at it!
