I love Charlotte Tilbury but she does seem to repeat or share shades that are similar. I hope she expands and starts sharing shades that are different. I would love to see palettes that are specific for eye colors. Like a palette that would compliment brown eyes a palette that would compliment green eyes, etc. Great job on your review😘

Thank you for doing these comparisons. I own her holiday instant look in a palette and don’t think I absolutely NEED this but it doesn’t mean I won’t eventually want it lol!!

I love your reviews & hauls! I LOVE the idea of this palette but neither have me wanting to buy. It’d be nice if at some point she’d allow a bit more customization to them so we can pick the shades with the same concept because that all in one palette layout is fire! Did you buy the first wave of the Pat x Star Wars release? I REALLY want the entire collection, it looks so gorgeous.

I have a lot of Charlotte Tilbury and the redundancy in her products is ridiculous! Everything has that warm, orangey undertone too. I get that she is a redhead and that she gravitates toward that, but enough already. All the liquid lippies are the same shade (warm orange, despite a rose name), and 89% of the palette shadows have that rusty, copper look to them too. I feel like whenever I use my CT products my makeup look is the same, despite using different products. I’m so over it. I’d rather buy and use my Tom Ford and Pat McGRATH shadows.

Thank you for the review. I think it was inevitable for CT to launch repeat shades. Similarly to orgasm in Nars, CT is optimizing the use of shades that sell well consistently to her target audience. One issue could be the necessity to launch something new every 8-16 weeks, which is difficult even when recycling shades and formulas. To maintain sales, CT will eventually need to create something totally different or expand her target audience (e.g. people with very deep skin tones).

I know, it's like, not another palette! Actually, when Charlotte came out with the holiday instant look in a palette, I was interested in the Celestial palette of pops, so I didn't even consider that one! But since she came out with the Stoned Rose version, I'm more interested in the holiday one! I had even been considering the Charlotte Darling palette until someone said it's basically the same as the Nordstrom exclusive palette, which I own! It's getting too confusing!

I think CT is repetitive because I suspect that she’s following the Pantone colour of the year. As you said, something blue is coming soon and Pantone 2020 is a blue colour. Great video with nice close ups and very informative. 🎄💋💋
