Yes so you can basically measure approx weights of all ingredients ,I say approx as its not TRADE CERTIFIED so you cannot measure anything and TRADE on that, but then again as the entire TRADE LICENSE for weight measuring instruments takes a lot of hoopla , So this machines are good enough as far you dont use them in HIGH PRECISION LABORATORY, for kitchen use , a bit of weight variation is ok considering the price at which they are available, But do note if you into high precision instruments and want to use for laboratory purposes where to the last gram the reading should be perfect, then skip this as its not TRADE CERTIFIED by weight and measurements.
