How to make mini panettone at home in a few steps!

They are the perfect gift for Christmas! INGREDIENTS
 ½ cup warm milk;
 2 tsp dry yeast;
 90 g (3 oz) sugar;
 2 egg yolks;
 1 egg;
 ½ tsp salt;
 3 tbsp butter, melted;
 90 g (3 oz) butter, room temperature;
 90 g (3 oz) dried berries, chopped nuts;
 ¼ tsp vanilla powder;
 2 1/3 cup flour.
 
METHOD

 Combine a tablespoon of sugar with warm milk and yeast. Set aside to activate and bubble up.
 Whisk egg yolks and a whole egg with leftover sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla and melted butter.
 Pour yeast solution into egg mixture.
 Sift the flour and add it into the liquids. Knead the dough using hand mixer with a dough hooks for around 10 minutes, then cover and set aside to proof for around an hour.
 When the dough has proof, knead it, cut into thirds, and roll out on a nicely floured surface to form three thin, see-through sheets of dough.
 Brush each sheet with soft butter and top with cranberries and nuts. Roll sheet of the dough tightly, then carefully cut lengthwise 2/3 way up. Wrap the ends into a snail-shaped bun as shown on the video.
 Place each panettone into a small mold and leave it to proof for another hour, then bake at 180C/350F for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
