Thanks to your videos man I was able to go from 88% to 100%. Your knowledge bank especially on your reddit was key for me to articulate things properly to my doctors. Thank you so much for your hard work!!

Waiting on 9 claims in stage 5 of 8. 6 increases and 3 new. Currently at 83% hoping this gets me to that 100% P and T God willing. But learned a lot from this channel.

I recently submitted an increase claim for my lower back to include bilateral sciatica and radiculopathy symptoms all supported with diagnoses from recent medical exams from my HCP.

So my question is, I had a full right hip replacement contracted out by the VA to a private doctor, who do I notify for the 100% for 5 months according to the 38 CFR. Also I will have the left hip replaced in November so who do I notify for that also?

Fellow vets. How about diagnosis vs pain. I read a case where a vet was denied a claim where she didnt have a diagnosis but she fought her case on the basis that she had consistent pain throughout the years due to her service but didnt have a diagnosis other then pain present.

Service connected for asbestosis at 0%. Filed an HLR. My test showed it should have been 60%. Have a feeling more cp exams coming my way.

I had filed a PACT Act claim for Prostate Cancer and Diabetes(T2). I was only awarded 10% for the Diabetes which I felt was a joke. In reading the documentation it seems I was dinged because I was controlling glucose via diet and not taking any meds. So now I have to have the doctor put me back on a medication(Metformin) and file that to get the extra 10%. I was actually using an over the counter supplement that works as well as Metformin(Berberine) without the side effects.
Currently doesn't matter because I got 100% for the cancer but that will drop as it appears my cancer has been licked.(to be evaluated later)

Hey Clay, I had an appeal in 2018, went to a judge in 2019. The judge remanded three exams and added TDIU? The remanded exams happened in Aug 2024. They gave me an increase to one and zero for two and stated there were no records for the two despite my symptoms. The kicker, the effective date they put for the increase to my migraines was Aug 2024. Then I called about this and they said I have to appeal the date. I got another letter saying I can’t appeal it. What can I do?

Where can I access my medical records? They're not online on my portal. I got out 2013 and have had to request them from regional but It's a pain and long process.. Any ideas on how to get it faster?

Not sure why you always skip over knee instability and torn meniscus. I have both due to injury in service. I do not have ratable loss of range of motion. I have 20% rating. I just want everyone to be aware of all possibilities for compensation .

1) Go through your medical records.

2) File claim for anything you were seen for by a medical professional during service/ within one year post service. Including things you bxtched and moaned about.

3) Get your rating. If you feel the rating isn’t up to oar with your symptoms, go to a VA clinic appointment, get seen for it.

4) File for increase based on worsening symptoms.

Or.

File for additional conditions.

But remember, only file for things that are in your medical records and only go through the VA. Don’t add shit with independent counsel/ medical records. Don’t use those other groups that do DBQ’s and shit for you. Only use the VA, so in the event the VA decides to reduce you, or open an investigation, you are safe from fraudulent charges or accusations. Just pit in for what you have and take what you get.

Increases for knees, lower back, shoulder, etc where ROM comes into play X-Rays and/or MRIs have been done by my VA PCP. Do you wait for the C&P examination to have the ROM assessed or do you have to get the PCP to perform/document a ROM diagnosis?

When you submit in an increase obviously you upload new evidence, but what about the old evidence from your first rating?

Help please! I'm 20% for cancer that I had while active. When they gave me that rating I had the scaring and numbness. Now I have constant nerve pain. The VA proved it was from the surgery scaring. I now take 1800mg of gabapentine a day to help. I put in for the increase and was denied. Help please!

Does it look bad to bring notes to your meeting? I could have up to 5 conditions that may go under review. Thank you Sir.
