Beautiful clean tones with excellent "natural" overdrive. Simple tone controls, reverb and with the 3 position switch makes it a versatile 1 channel amp. A dream amp.

love the sound, great demo overall. Each setting and guitar pairing made great tones!

My only gripe would be I wished for a demo of the voicing switch itself. Switching back and forth between guitars while subsequently bumping up the volume made it tough to tell just how much that voicing circuit does by itself (which i'm sure isn't insignificant). Even giving a quick strum to show before and after switching would've satisfied that curiosity.

This Tone King sounds better than any Amp I've ever played thru (and that's just about all of them...) I'm using a Stratocaster with a Shawbucker Bridge Pickup and CS Fat 50's...When I plug the guitar in, instantly I'm smiling! Reminds me of the Trainwreck/Dumble on the Lead Channel and a Beautiful Blackface Clean on the Rhythm Channel. The Amp takes the Klon and the Boss Blues Driver thru the Clean Channel magnificently...
I would strongly suggest to anyone looking for a Stupendous Sounding Tube Amplifier, also looking for a Company Owner that really cares about his customer's needs with the best Warranty in the Business, these folks need to hookup with Tone King...Mark is simply put "The Best In the Biz" DOC

...you can swap out the 5881’s with 6L6’s...way better, and louder...more head room...it’s a warm amp so it’s will take effect well with a treble push...

Not sure if you all still check comments on these videos, but I own this amp and in the Tweed and Lead voicings my amp produced a lot more high end and looses some of its low, but this one doesn’t sound like it’s doing that. Any suggestions as to why this might be? I experience this with my American Strat and my SG standard.

Almost zilch clean headroom. If a Strat starts to break up at 3-4 that's no ' surf 'sound. Dick Dale was all about a 100w Fender Twin.
