He has the ability to get in shape, but you can see the levels and tiers when you look at this next to a Floyd or Pacman workout. Even the level of muscular development is just leagues higher with those guys. Keith has to get his physicality there. His mind is there, but if he doesn't step up, he can be stunned in career halting fashion.

I already knew they would work vigorously to strengthen his abs. Danny's team knows this also, and will come up with a very good game plan that will include body work, but Danny is going to box Keith luring him to leave the body open and he will connect hard just at the right time. This is going to be good.

one time was well timed and cherry picked by Garcia at just the right time when keith was traveling around the world taking time off the gym. Danny G just came off a W and got right back in the gym and u can tell he is already ripped. tbh I think Garcia might land that no look bomb and follow up but we'll see soon enough.
