Aristarchus - Crater of the Day with Schroter's Valley. Depending on what source you look at, this may have been the landing site for Apollo 18. I think in reality you could come up with dozens of potential landing sites. Taken with an Apertura 10", 2x barlow, IR pass filter, ZWO585MC, North Star Systems Dob-Tracker 1.

Astronomy gear that I use:

Bahtinov Mask Focusing Mask for Telescopes - a must have for astrophotography.

Vestil CPRO-600 Ergonomic Worker Chair - probably the best piece of gear I have. This chair is adjustable and will allow you to view in comfort at any angle. Great for those with Dobsonian telescopes and fixed eyepieces!

Book that I'm reading now:
Setting Aside All Authority: Giovanni Battista Riccioli and the Science against Copernicus in the Age of Galileo

Last book I read:
Missions to Mars: A New Era of Rover and Spacecraft Discovery on the Red Planet

your image, the first part, the real image, I love!. the NASA garbage I don't care for because they manipulate their images to hide things. but I love your view of it from your telescope. it looks beautiful. amazing shot thank you
