This is awesome data. I think the main issue for Mitch is the team he’s on… the Pirates have not been known to promote development and success of their arms (see: Glasnow, Cole, Musgrove, etc). Idk if it’s philosophy, team quality, or what but their pitchers often don’t find the success that they’re capable of.
