LEGO Star Wars 75381 DROIDEKA Review! (2024)

The LEGO Star Wars 75381 Droideka might just be the perfect prequel display set! It's design is second to none and for $65 it's on the cheaper end of LEGO Star Wars sets these days. The Minifig-Scale Droideka included is pretty derpy but outside of that this set is amazing. A must-have for Separatist sympathizers.

this is a you could say the small droideka doesn't look that good but it is hard to pull that off in that scale and effort clearly was put into it.

the big one looks SO GOOD OMG its insane!
and this is one of the rare times where I even say the Price is ON POINT! 
generally I think with their 18+ Collector Sets lego often overprices them by a lot but not this time! Good job Lego!

The minifigure-scaled Droideka seems to be paying homage in a number of piece choices to the original design! While it may still not be the most accurate, it seems like a thoughtful move by LEGO while working through obvious part limitations. I don't think it deserves any harsh treatment.

I love how lego clearly sent out the sets even earlier for the may1st run to ambassadors so you couldnt review them first like the Venator and then you pop out with the droideka

finally a GREAT prequel set feels good man. and the mini scale droideka is fine wouldve been good without those feet pieces but overall 9/10 set !

This is definitely a throw back lego tried with mixed success on C3PO, R2, Vader, Jango, Stormtroopers, etc
