jack that is probably not a mop just saying thats probably sanae's gohei or reimu's gohei from tou hou but im not completely sure just kinda looks like it and since they add a lot of tou hou stuff would not be suprised if thats a gohei :D

The staff used for the emote is actually a Gohei, it's used by miko/shrine maidens during shinto ceremonies (mostly for purification)
