heres a quick video showing how to plug in the modular cables

its clearly labelled on the psu

atx id the 24p
cpu is the 8pin 4+4
pcie aka gpu cables is the 6+2p

then theres the sata and molex left
and then theres usually a 4pin for rom drives etc

but its very simple

after plugging in everything its just a matter of routing the cables where they need to go and plug them in

as for semi and non modular, its the same principle, all u need to do is route the cables where they need to go and cable management

if you have sleeved cables to connect
this is where you plug your cables into the sleeved cables and route them accordingly

I think most optimal fan heading down the chasis, cuz it will get air more it needed.. if it head up it will take air for grapich card or the grapich card will take most of air (depend on who goes more rpm)
