In this video, I reveal 9 stocks that I am currently buying for the Beat The Denominator portfolio, and explain my criteria and reasoning behind each stock becoming one of my "preferred stocks" on the list. These stocks are poised to beat the denominator, that is, monetary inflation, since they are growing revenues all at over 30% each year. Sales growth is the ultimate proxy for product adoption, and all these stocks sell products that are early on in their product adoption journeys. None of this is investment advice!
New to this video is the addition of the Rule of 40, Rule of 50, Rule of 60, Rule of 70, or even Rule of 80+ stocks. This method looks at a business' economic prospects without taking into account valuation. It just looks at Revenue Growth and EBITDA margin and adds those up, following a classic SaaS venture capital methodology for assessing stocks. The undervalued companies and stocks covered in this video include Tesla stock, Enphase stock, Crowdstrike stock, Oddity Labs stock, StoneCo stock, Shockwave Medical (SWAV) stock, MercadoLibre stock, and Airbnb stock. The ticker symbols are as follows: TSLA ENPH CRWD HIMS ODD STNE SWAV MELI ABNB, or $ENPH $CRWD $HIMS $ODD $STNE $SWAV $MELI $ABNB.
I also explain my process for stock selection through the video, and also made the effort to find stocks in theoretically uncorrelated sectors.
Former videos explaining my theses for each stock:
