Just need a better frosting than the stuff packaged with the kits - it’s always too runny and doesn’t dry fast enough. Look up recipes for a good gingerbread ‘glue’ frosting. Usually it’s some sort of merengue (whipped egg whites) with a ton of powdered sugar. Fresh made works much better.
(Or if you’re not going to eat it, you can use calking and spackle to fake frosting. 😆❤️)

Hii js so yk u can use melted sugar! Just put some sugar in a pan on the stove and make sure to mix it like all the time so it doesnt stick, and then u can take a spoon (or smth else, ur choice) and put the sugar on the pieces where u want other pieces to stick (the sugar is only for putting the house together, not for decorating)
