RLSD Records are delighted to welcome back Jon Hussey for the 5th edition of the Dark Stream. Having previously released on RLSD Records Jon has gone on to put out killer material on Earwiggle and most recently featured on CeiliCollective with the excellent "Fembot Motion".

Jon has provided us with a very special mix exploring the sounds of Planet Dub where he cut his teeth as a dj. Here are a few words from the man himself on the set :

“The idea behind the Livestream mix came to me during the lockdown while I was going through old archive records, listening and reflecting back on the Techno that I began playing as a DJ.

I gathered together about 50 cherished records that I played in the first Techno club night I DJ’ed at and helped co run called ‘Planet Dub’ and I thought about putting together a mix to capture the essence of the amazing music from that time, some of which laid the blueprints for what was the come in the future of Techno”
